Please note: For New Patient appointments (consultation and examination), we will require a £25 deposit which will be deducted from your final invoice once you’ve attended for your first visit. If you fail to attend and you’ve not given 24 hours notice of cancellation, the deposit becomes non-refundable. if you would like to discuss our services and prices please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you have health insurance, please ensure that you inform reception staff of your policy details when making your first appointment. Insurance funded appointments cannot be booked online. You will probably need a GP referral letter and your insurance company’s authorisation code before booking your first appointment.
For reasons of health and safety, we are presently only accepting CARD payments. Unfortunately, due to the withdrawal of cheque guarantee cards by the banking industry, we are no longer able to accept cheques as a method of payment.

If you are an existing patient you will have an appointment card with the mobile telephone number of your chiropractor. Please call this number if you need to speak to your chiropractor urgently, otherwise please leave a message on the answering machine or send an email and we will return your call/message as soon as possible
